MEPOS Refund Policy
To ensure transparency and fairness for all participants, the following refund policy applies to registrations for MEPOS Dubai 2025:
1. Visa Refusal or Medical Grounds – 85% Refund
Delegates are eligible for an 85% refund in cases of:
Visa refusal, or
Ill health of the delegate or an immediate family member
Valid and official proof supporting the reason for cancellation must be provided to process the refund.
2. Early Bird Period Cancellations – 50% Refund
A 50% refund will be granted for cancellations made during the Early Bird registration period, typically more than two (2) months prior to the event date.
3. Post–Early Bird and Late Cancellations – No Refund
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the Early Bird period has ended.
